Description

As first step of the optimization, the batch fabric is inspected completely. The defects which are seen by the operator at this step are entered to the system. In this way, defect map of the batch is obtained.

As second step of the optimization, optimization parameters of the rolls which are going to be cut according to customer needs are entered for once to the system.

Therefore, the system can use the same parameters automatically while making optimizations for that customer in the future.

When the optimization is started with these parameters, the most proper cutting points are determined as providing the minimum amount of wastage and maximum amount of A grade as shown in the Picture.

All fabric rolls and defects of the fabric rolls can be reported on the system.

As third and last step, fabrics are cut according to the cutting plan which is created by the optimization system. According to customer needs, customizable barcode labels can be printed.
